His "duties" are:
1 - lead his country-people to the registration- and paymentprocess...
2 - help his country-people to use the BB-Owner account and the various tools....
3 - communicate with BB-europe to solve problems and help in translations...
4 - support optimisations in country-specific questions.....

Requiremets:
Must publish his messenger-nick - must be available - must have time for it and, of cause, frindly and communicative......
